 Meet Balvi. With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, she’s passionate about helping people grow; especially when it comes to developing strong Leaders and Teams.  

Balvi has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a Licenced Practitioner of Discovery Insights, which is a psychometric tool based on Jungian theory. This tool is great for helping people understand themselves and each other better at work.  By using a simple colour-based model, it makes it easy to see how different personality types think, communicate, and work together.

 Over the last decade; winning employee Awards; Balvi has  successfully facilitated Discovery Insights workshops across EMEA, Dubai, and Russia navigating diverse cultural landscapes to drive significant business impact and greatly enhance employee engagement and motivation.
