 Meet Balvi. With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources across Mobile Telecomms, Technology & Leisure Industries; she is passionate about helping people grow; especially when it comes to developing strong Leaders and Teams through transformation.  

Balvi has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a GROW model Coach & Licenced Practitioner of Discovery Insights. Which is a psychometric tool based on Jungian theory. This tool is great for helping people understand themselves and each other better at work.  By using a simple colour-based model, it makes it easy to see how different personality types think, communicate, and work together.

 Over the last decade; winning employee Awards; Balvi has  successfully facilitated Team building events and Discovery Insights workshops across EMEA, Dubai, Canada and Russia navigating diverse cultural landscapes to drive significant business impact and greatly enhance employee engagement and motivation.
